Lisa Powers: Vice President

Lisa Powers is excited to have been with PAMCO for more than 20 years and currently serves as Vice President. This includes the day-to-day operations regarding financial, property management, leases, sales, marketing, personnel, and all of the other extra components that each day brings!


In addition, she is the owner of Reshaping HR, also located inside PAMCO. This is an HR advising firm offering talent acquisition services and HR roundtables. She loves the diversity of operating both businesses under 1 roof!


Lisa has been happily married to her husband, Dan, for 25 years. They love to travel to Mexico and the Caribbean, go for walks, and spend time with family. They also enjoy finding unique places or events to try in WI each month!

Lisa Eash: Office Manager

Lisa Eash has been with PAMCO for more than 19 years and was promoted to Office Manager. She is loved by the PAMCO tenants on Spencer Street for her warm, sincere, and professional demeanor! She has the wonderful ability to handle a busy switchboard, greet clients and tenants, and handle multiple projects… all at the same time.


She has been married to Mike for 20 years. She adores her cats, Martini and Gus, enjoys making personalized greeting cards and loves to volunteer for her parish and the local community.

Pam Baumann: Founder & CEO (Retired)

Pam has been a small business owner for 30+ years and has loved growing her companies! Pam entered the executive office suite business in 1991 with her very first PAMCO building in Appleton. Pam has successfully owned and operated several PAMCO locations and more than half of her tenants have been with her for 10 years or longer! Her unique concept of “all-inclusive” has been attractive for attorneys, CPA’s, financial planners, counselors, recruiters, transportation companies, technology firms, and other professional clients.


Pam is married to Gary Baumann for more than 50 years, has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. She has created 35 art pieces for her building, jewelry, and other things that intrigue her artistic side. She even hopes to publish a book one day!
